Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Comment Bank Pro. If it does not work for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No reason is needed.

How to request a refund

• Go to paddle.net and look up your order with the email you used at checkout, or
• email support@tsapps.my with your order number.

Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method. It can take 5 to 10 business days for the money to appear, depending on your bank.

After a refund

Your license ends. Please remove the key from the extension (Manage, Pro, Remove key) so it returns to the free version. Your comments are not deleted. If you have more than 50, you can still use and export all of them, but you cannot add new ones until you are below the free limit.

After 14 days

We may still help in cases such as an accidental duplicate purchase. Contact us and we will look at it.
